Stir Fry Organic Pea Sprouts With Enokitake And Ham

Organic Pea sprouts are the highly nutritious sprouts of the organic peas.  Loaded with vitamins and essential minerals and nutrients ...mmmm I don't mind chewing this everyday though with so much goodness in it. I can eat this raw in my sandwiches .....very greenish in taste but when you think of the vitamins and minerals you can get out of them you won't mind  the green taste :)) but Daddy would prefer to have it stir fry so I came out with this dish...added enoki and chicken ham strips to it...a carnivore can never be a herbivore :p

This is a simple stir fry and the garlic add flavors to the dish . As an afterthought,  I added in enokitake  for some crunchness .  This dish takes only 15 minutes to cook and good for busy people like me  :p

Daddy loves it cooked this way...
the ham strips give extra oomph to the dish :)

Organic Pea sprouts are good for health and I don't mind having
them everyday..crisps and green in taste...wonderful !
I eat them raw in my sandwiches and salad ...
how nice if only Daddy can eat them raw :)

  9. I've never tried pea sprouts. This is one of the best things about being a food blogger, being introduced to new and exotic ingredients. Your stir fry looks delicious. I'll be keeping an eye out for the sprouts.
