French Toast Stuffed With Chicken Ham

Normally , I would prepare brunch for us but yesterday we were hungry when we woke up , so I hurriedly prepare a quick and fast and taste good french toast for the two of us and finished with a cup of hot Turkish Apple Tea for me and hot Nescafe for Daddy. I read from somewhere of this delightful french toast....eggs whipped with heavy cream and vanilla extract ...gosh , how fragrant that was ! Even Daddy said the french toast prepared with this egg mixture taste good and ask to make this more often :)  vanilla and cream and eggs....they make the most delightful french toast and with some drizzles of honey....a perfect toast to start the day......

Of course , I sandwiched a few pieces of chicken ham as fillings and mind you, it was a  piece of deliciousness....drizzles the sandwiched french toast with honey ,  it was a PERFECT breakfast feast for the two of us.  I was even generous enough to add a few honey melon heart shapes konnyaku for dessert. Do you think I managed to wow Daddy with this hearty breakfast...full of love... the konnyaku hearts I mean LOL!

the taste still lingers in my mind.....

this is a keeper for sure....you have it plain without any fillings
drizzles  with honey and sprinkles cinnamon powder  over the surface
if you like :)

it is finger licking good....the rich fragrant of vanilla and cream
on these toast...mmmmm I don't having them for breakfast everyday
different fillings each time...can ?

a delectable french toast finished with
a cup of hot coffee or nescafe or even a cup of hot turkish apple tea
or a cup of green tea to break down the cholesterol laden egg and ham :)
mmmmmm..... I want more.....

French Toast Stuffed With Chicken Ham

6 slices of bread
6 pieces of chicken ham

(A)
2 eggs
1 .5 tbsp of whipped cream
1/2 tsp of salt

Method:

Whip ingredients A together till well blended.

Sandwiched 2 slices of bread with 2 pieces of chicken ham. Soak both sides of the sandwiched bread in the eggs mixture for a min on each side.

Heat up a non stick grill pan with olive oil. When the pan is hot, gently place the sandwiched bread on the hot pan and pan grilled till the bottom sides is golden brown. Turn over the other side and pan grilled till it is golden brown. Lift it up and place them on paper towel to absorb the extra oil.  Repeat process till finished.
